Will you spam me or anybody else? No. The nature of the service does requires us to send reminder emails to you and the people you select; however we will not rent, sell or otherwise share your personal information with anybody, and you can opt out from receiving our reminder emails at any time.

Is it really free, and if so, how do you earn a living? Yes the never.forget.it reminder service will always be free. Our revenue is derived from optional premium services (such as SMS reminders), but these will always be clearly marked as such and be easy to opt-in and opt-out of. We do not and will not rely on spy-ware, ad-ware or any type of hard-sell/cheap tricks to generate any revenue.

Can I cancel my membership? Yes, at any time you may log-in, visit your profile, and cancel your membership.
